LIST 138) Divisive issues (and where I stand)

I'm lucky enough to inhabit a circle of friends who share the same values and can generally engage in a reasonable discussion of the major issues. Here are the topics where we usually find ourselves at an impasse:

1. mayonnaise: delectable or disgusting (delectable)
2. cilantro: tastes like soap or tastes like heaven (soap)
3. Garden State: hated it or loved it (hated it)
4. Williamsburg: hipster-haven or just a neighborhood, get over yourself (just a neighborhood, get over yourself)
5. skinny jeans: awesome or gruesome (awesome)
6. wearing a thong: unbearable or comfortable (unbearable)
7. seeing a thong: off-putting or a turn-on (off-putting)
8. Facebook: a horrible invasion of privacy or a fun invasion of privacy (fun)
9. Ikea: good thing or bad thing (a good bad thing)
10. Milk chocolate or dark chocolate (fine, call me a Philistine. Milk!)
